I, EpicFork, nominate SlappyWiggins (wall • contribs • edit count • logs) for rollback rights. I believe he's the only non-admin user who knows how to fully execute and adhere to the cumbersome image policy. - Support — Slappy's been on chat frequently as of late, and he's had good experience of dealing with users and enforcing policies as a mod. Though I see the possible concern of him having been inactive for a while prior to recently, upon his return, he's made good contributions and, based on discussion with him, seems willing to make the time commitment for the position. - Support — Slappy seems like a very decent user. From what I gather he seems to understand how to deal with users and keep a professional mind while dealing with rule breaks.
